“Woodlands” has an outstanding quality and supply of water. The main bore is electric with 3

phase power connected and there is a smaller single phase bore at house. Both bores

operate on pressure. Also there is a solar submersible bore that feeds the header tanks and

reticulates to 30 troughs, plus there are 6 dams. Water is a big feature of this property.

Abattoirs/Feedlots

Facilities are located close by at Tamworth, Quirindi, Scone as well as other addition facilities

throughout regional NSW.

The Woodlands homestead was built in 1992. It’s a three bedroom brick veneer home plus a

study and rumpus room. It features an open plan kitchen, dining and spacious lounge room.

Ensuite and walk in robe to the main bedroom, separate bathroom to service other

bedrooms, evaporative cooling and a wood fire. There is a single bay carport attached to

house with another carport/shed as well close by.
